Step-by-Step Process
- Submit documents for review ΓÇö send your corporate documents to us via email or our online form. We review them for completeness and proper formatting before your appointment.
- Verify signing authority ΓÇö confirm that each person who will sign has proper corporate authorization (e.g., a board resolution granting signing authority).
- Schedule the appointment ΓÇö book a time for all authorized signers to attend. Mobile service is available if your team cannot come to our office.
- Identity verification ΓÇö the notary verifies the identity of every signer with valid government-issued photo ID and checks their authority to sign on behalf of the corporation.
- Document review ΓÇö the notary reviews the documents with all parties, ensuring everyone understands the terms and obligations.
- Witnessed signing and notarization ΓÇö all parties sign in the presence of the notary. The notary stamps, signs, and seals the documents.
