Step-by-Step Process

- Certification stamp and signature ΓÇö the notary stamps the copy with an official certification statement, signs it, and adds the date. This confirms the copy is a true likeness of the original.

Important: Always bring the original document. A notary cannot certify a copy of a copy. If your original is held by another institution, contact us in advance and we can advise on alternatives.
