Mobile Document Signing
Our mobile notary service provides in-person signing at your home, workplace, hospital, care facility, or another suitable location. Appointments are requested in advance and depend on the address, document requirements, and schedule.
Mobile visits may be requested across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, York, East York, Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, and Clarington. Send your complete address and postal code, document type, and preferred date and time so we can confirm availability and any travel charges before booking. Requests outside these communities are reviewed individually.
What to Prepare
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID ΓÇö for every person who needs to sign
- All Documents for Signing ΓÇö printed, unsigned copies of every document that requires notarization
- A Quiet, Well-Lit Space ΓÇö a table and chairs at your location where the signing can take place
- Contact Information ΓÇö your phone number and exact address (including unit or suite number) for the notary's arrival
Step-by-Step Process
- Book your mobile appointment ΓÇö submit your request through our online form or call us. Provide your address, preferred date and time, and a brief description of the documents.
- Send documents for pre-review ΓÇö email or upload your documents so our notary can review them before arriving. This ensures the appointment runs smoothly and no pages are missing.
- Appointment confirmation ΓÇö we confirm your appointment time and provide the notary's estimated arrival. Travel fees are quoted upfront based on your location.
- Notary arrives at your location ΓÇö the notary arrives with all required supplies (stamps, seals, and certification materials).
- Identity verification ΓÇö the notary verifies the identity of all signers with valid government-issued photo ID.
- Document review and signing ΓÇö the notary reviews each document, witnesses all signatures, and applies stamps and seals.
- Receive your notarized documents ΓÇö you receive the completed, notarized documents immediately at your location.
